Dropped off Car 2017-03-13 was promised 3 weeks time to get the job done...
2017-03-24 got an update...wait!!! WTF. . . she fucking FILLED my JDM Fender side marker light???
WTF!!! . . . . . . . . . . . ok ok calm down . . . looks like she did a good job !@#$%^&* 

No idea why it had to be sanded down to metal... hood was new

2017-04-04 . . . 3 weeks passed .... no mention about more time required nor did I push for it to be finished 

Asking for payment again... not even half done but ok gotta pay anywayz in the end

2017-04-12 . . . . ok so almost 1 month gone by and now they say things don't fit. . . okok so it's my fault for using JDM fenders
!@#$%^&* Fucking JDM fenders she fucking filled the damn Side marker light !@#$%^& . . .  ok calm down she did a good job filling that damn hole ... i think ... hope it was prepped and coated behind so it won't rust... 

2017-04-17 . . . more update but where's the Side Skirts??? its been over 1 month still haven't even test fitted prior to painting car...  thought parts are to be test fitted prior to painting and reassembly? . . .

2017-04-20 . . . been almost 6 weeks... I ask for the first time when it will be done and here comes the excuses

2017-04-21 . . . went to drop off the Grill and because I Thought they had to do so much extra work to fit things. . . . i stupidly offered to pay more for their trouble. . . . . sigh...its all wrong... so much for being a nice guy...
after more than 7 weeks she finally said they're having trouble installing the skirts ....... plus the car was no where near complete ... paint was bad but then she said it haven't been wet sanded yet so I did not take any photos...

I wonder if she did what she said she will do to replace the rusted screws I was originally going to replace or fix... I guess I will have to remove the bumper to check later . . . . .  

2017-04-29 . . . . . finally I can pick up car after One and a Half month . . .  Car Ready Tomorrow #1

2017-05-03 . . . . she delivers car to me in Markham. . .  car was extremely dirty and I realized 2 of the wheel bolts were missing...but she insisted that they NEVER took my wheels off . . . they were rushing to leave so i finished going over the car after and cannot believe the !@#$%^&* Shitty Work! WTF the car is not even finished! 

She fucking posted picture with WHEEL OFF!!! 2017-03-18 ...... went to swap out the winter wheels right after taking delivery of my car back...and realized none of the lug nuts were tight.... nothing was torqued down that's why there were 2 missing lug nuts...WTF!!! she's lucky the wheels didn't fall off when she drove car out to me...

This is the fucking Bull Shit work they do for $6k! !@#$%^&  mickymouse job WTF!!! and tells you it is finished and delivers the car right to your door . . . . . . .  how can you even send this back to the customer like this

wow.... blaming her staff for everything..... blame the guy who's not there ..... Word of Advice... if  you're the Owner of the shop... ANY WORK coming out of your shop is YOU! doesn't matter which one of your staff did the work... 😡

the entire car is half ass sanded and hazzed . . . .  i can do a better job with spray paint myself 😠

2017-05-09 . . . . dropped car back at her shop so she can "Make it right" as she said she would... so I gave her a second chance and did not once raised my voice... i just had a long list telling her all the defects 

Glass was not cracked when it was originally dropped off for all this work...

2017-05-19 . . . . . . 10 DAYS after car was returned to her shop to be fixed I ask for update
. . . car will be done and ready for pickup on Wednesday 2017-05-24   (Car Ready #4)

2017-05-23 . . . .  Delay #3 to Friday (Car Ready #5) . . . . . sure you forgot its short week . . . . sure you're going over the long list and don't want to Rush and miss anything. . .  sure it will be 100% when I pick up. . . . .
2017-05-26 . . . . . the day of . . .  not ready so Delay #4 ...more excuses ...sure top priority... Car Ready #6 for Tuesday ..oook

Car was NEVER touched and mean while she have been telling me that the car is being worked on and that it will be 100% but NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!!! WTF!@#$%^ Enough is enough!!!! All the BS and lies!!!
Not only is it not touched!.... IT WAS LEFT AT THE BACK OF THE LOT UNLOCKED!!!! with parts inside the car!!! WTF!@#$%
2017-05-30 ................................... Car can be done in 1 DAY??? after being there from 2017-05-09 to 2017-05-29
There is NO FUCKING WAY it will be done in 1 or 2 days. . . .

2017-05-30 ........................... NOTHING! NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!! for 3 WEEKS with all the LIES about car being Done! WTF!@#$%^

2017-05-31 . . . . without even taking bumper off to fix all the Unfinished or never done parts of the work !@#$%^& this is total Bull Shit!

this was sanded down and raw metal was left when car was returned to me the first time...... rusted in 2 days!!@#$%^& now I'm worried about the rest of the car where she was suppose to prime and protect from rust.....!@#$%^&

Bottom or Doors were supposed to be fixed and free from rust... its part of the job to begin with! . . . now just half ass hand painted WTF!@#$%^ 

All Edge of Doors, Door Handles and Edge opening around sunroof was SANDED DOWN and left as Rough when car was returned to me the first time! !@#$%^&* 

2017-06-06 . . . . another week had gone by and more excuses about not finishing... and asking me to go check the car out in person even though it is nowhere near finished...

. . . . . me trying to make a record of the total amount I paid her coz she never gave me a receipt... and her trying to deny about the extra $ i paid her...

Total Bull Shit! Probably broke emblem and threw it out... Closing up holes on JDM fenders that have the 2 side marker lights installed inside it when given to her. . . . . . !@#$%^  more excuses and blames it on the parts and say its Aftermarket...
I thought part of the Bodyshop's job is to fit parts onto car... align and or make it fit...

WTF!!! Spray Paint??? and put outside to collect dust???  WTF! after 4 months she fucking realize the Black frame they sanded down to fix is Gloss!!!??!!@#$%  WTF! and FUCKING SPRAY PAINT!!!!??? 1 hr before pick up???

At this point there is no fucking way I am bringing it back even if she offers to fix it....  I should be demanding for a full refund but I haven't even bordered to go confront her coz she will just call the cops on me and make up excuses and play the victim like she had done with some other poor guy who was having issues after taking car to this mickymouse shop...
